Throughout my career, as a Human Resources leader, it was always top of mind for me to be able to reach and have an impact on the individual as well as the company. Finding the delicate balance and nuanced interplay was like a dance with your partner, ensuring that each step is intentional and harmonious.
​It took time and much reflection to realize that I wanted to focus and have a deeper understanding of individual needs and aspirations which led me to pursue coaching. I am dedicated to truly understanding and supporting people on a personal level. My own transition from corporate life to coaching allows me the opportunity to dive deep into individual growth and transformation, which is incredibly fulfilling.​​
With over 30 years of expertise in people development and culture transformation, I have advised and coached employees at all levels, guiding them through career growth, decision-making, emotional intelligence, and intercultural competence. My work spans global organizations, where I have helped bridge cultures, align strategic goals, and foster environments of meaningful development.

Led initiatives in cross-cultural communication, ensuring seamless integration between global and regional teams. •   Montblanc, Richemont Group (North America) As Head of Human Resources, I spearheaded talent development, organizational growth, and strategic initiatives to build a strong, high-performing workforce, aligning HR strategies with business objectives. •   Everest Group – Insurance Division Partnered as a Talent Development Specialist during a period of transformational growth. Personal Life
I live with my spouse of over 40 years. Our two wonderful adult children, along with their spouses and now a new grandchild, bring immense joy to our lives. I am lucky to be surrounded by close family and friends who continually inspire and enrich my world as we journey through this life together. These relationships have profoundly shaped my coaching philosophy, enabling me to better guide others in reaching their true potential.
